How many calories do I need to lose weight? How many Calories are in pound of fat?
By the Numbers the Key is to burn or get rid of 3,500 calories a week, that’s one pound of fat. Example if you were taking in 2 cals a week in nutrition you would have to burn 3,500 calories in order to drop a pound of fat a week because we could not subtract any other calories from your eating plan.. If you are crushing your workouts and dropping 1,2, or 4 pounds a week and was eating 20,000 calories I would not touch your Eating Plan.
