My name is Elmore McConnell Personal Trainer in Atlanta, I specialized in Body Transformations and working with people from the special populations category that deals with but are not limited to, Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, High Cholesterol, Stroke or Heart Attack Victims, Breast Cancer and other various injuries and ailments.

Diabetes runs on both side of my family tree my grandmother and grandfather both had it on my moms side and I’ve had other relatives have it on my dads side including my mom being a border line Diabetic. Since moving to Atlanta to Personal Train, I’ve run into so many people who are Type 1 or Type 2 Diabetic who had no clue about the severity of their medical condition or the importance about proper Nutrition and Exercise in Atlanta. So I decided to step out on faith and share some helpful information and tips with not only Atlanta and Buckhead but the world.

Diabetes is not a game it puts you one step closer to meeting your maker, (depending on what you believe in) a place where you should not want to be or even being comfortable with to begin with, it evens increases your risk for other heart diseases suck as stroke or heart attack and cancer. Yes Cancer!

Personal Training in Atlanta where the southern foods are heavy and the exercise is light makes it a challenge for the busy person. Why because of lack of education, so hear are some tools and tips to better assist you with your journey. I recommend you find a Good Personal Trainer near Atlanta not a cheap one a good with a track record for getting results. If he or she can help you to lose weight and eat better then guess what it’s going to improve you health condition and in some case control or get rid of your issue with diabetes(Currently there is no Cure for Type 1 Diabetes) but nutrition and exercise helps. But the longer you wait the worse it gets and the harder it is to git rid of it(Type 2 in some cases you can at least get off of your diabetic meds after following up with your physician), if possible in certain cases.

Stay tune I will be adding other information to this post and I will post about diabetes and nutrition but only those practices that will improve your physical conditions through fitness and nutrition.
